Laura Ewan

Laura Ewan has been a legal assistant with the Tallahassee Office of Earthjustice since 2005. She worked for Earthjustice while completing her BA degrees in International Affairs and Latin American and Caribbean Studies at Florida State University. She will begin her Masters in Spanish and Portuguese in the summer of 2007, with plans to pursue a degree in Law afterwards. She is fluent in Spanish and is learning Portuguese because she would like to someday work extensively in South America. Laura is a native of Crystal River, Florida, but her family hails from Puerto Rico. This "Nature Coast" upbringing instilled in her a deep respect and love for the environment from a very early age. Laura enjoys movies, football, fitness, travel, cooking, reading, and the great outdoors, especially Florida's numerous beaches and rivers.
