Wayne Salazar is Earthjustice's director of foundation relations. He has worked in development since the late 1980s, in a variety of fields -- film production, visual art, social services, legal aid, the environment. Wayne doubled revenue from foundations and government agencies at Shanti Project, and again at the Volunteer Legal Services Program of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He was the first executive director of Visual Aid: Artists Fighting AIDS. A published author, he also wrote, produced, and directed Destroying Angel, an award-winning documentary film that has screened internationally and is in the collections of several universities and libraries.
