Solar Electricity Cost Falling Fast

I'm on vacation this month, but wanted to bring to your attention a recent piece on solar energy from the Seattle Post-Intelligencer by Jim Harding (an old friend), and Dave Freeman (an old hero), that talks about a recent development that appears to be the best news to come down the pike in a very long time.
