Stryker Brigade EIS in Hawai'i

In Brief: The Army wants to use sites in Hawai`i for training soldiers in the use of Stryker fighting vehicles in exercises that admittedly would damage Native Hawaiian cultural sites and native ecosystems. Earthjustice is suing to force the Army to consider mainland sites, which it refused to do.
