Agricultural Dust Rule

In Brief: This case challenges EPA's approval of the defective San Joaquin Valley Air District dust control rule for agricultural sources. Agriculture accounts for more than 60 percent of the Central Valley's direct particulate matter emissions. As approved, most operators could do nothing at all and still comply with the rule.
